A: Tools gradient gel contains 2 bottles: gradient gel is for lower gel, stacking gel solution is for uppper gel solution.
Q2. When use Tools gradient gel, do you need to prepare upper gel for 500kDA target protein?
A: Stacking gel is still recommended to be prepared.
Q3. Do you have the suggested buffer and pH value?
A: We suggest SDS-running buffer with pH=8.3.
Q4. Is 3-5kDa protein be sperated using gradient gel?
A: Not recommended. The protein size is too small.
Q5. What is the condition for SDS-PAGE using gradient gel?
A: 125V, 90-100mins for lower gel, 65V for stacking gel.
